KSNW

1982–1987

KSNMid1980s

The call letters of all four of the Kansas State Network stations were changed on August 16, 1982 to help viewers think of the four stations as part of one large network. KARD changed its calls to KSNW, KCKT became KSNC, KGLD became KSNG and KOMC became KSNK. With the change, the stations became known as KSN. The KARD-TV call signs would later move to a future sister station on channel 14 in West Monroe-Monroe, Louisiana—El Dorado, Arkansas.

This logo was also used by KSNT in Topeka, Kansas and KSNF in Joplin, Missouri–Pittsburg, Kansas, with KSNF using the logo until 1994.
