1996–1997

TeleColombia was founded and first introduced as Producciones Bernardo Romero Pereiro in 1996.

1998–1999

On January 1, 1998, Producciones Bernardo Romero Pereiro unveiled a new logo.

Producciones Telecolombia

1999–2007

In 1999, Producciones Bernardo Romero Pereiro was renamed as Producciones Telecolombia and had a logo similar to the previous 1998 one.

FOX Telecolombia

2007–2021

On June 26, 2007, Producciones Telecolombia was acquired by the News Corporation and it was renamed into FOX Telecolombia. The logo was based off the "O" of the FOX logo.

TeleColombia

2021–2022

In 2021, following the disposal of the "FOX" name internationally by Disney, Fox Telecolombia was renamed to TeleColombia. On October 28, 2021, ViacomCBS Networks International announced that it is acquiring a majority stake in TeleColombia S.A. and Estudios TeleMexico. The acqusition was completed on November 23 of that year.
