Final Note: When Seagram (Universal's then-parent company) purchased PolyGram in 1998, when Universal pulled out of CIC Video in 1999, they rebranded the international arm of PolyGram Video as Universal Pictures Video. Additionally, USA Networks purchased the US & Canada arm of PolyGram Video that same year and renamed it USA Home Entertainment, which would last until 2002, when it was folded into Universal Studios Home Video following Vivendi's purchase of USA Networks.
