Launched:  December 4, 2025 (reveal)
December 13, 2025 (official)

On August 18, 2025, it was announced that CNBC would get a new logo by the end of the year because, after being spun off alongside most of NBCUniversal's other cable channels into a new company, Versant, it would no longer be able to use NBC's branding assets.[1] Unlike sister channel MS NOW (formerly MSNBC), it will be able to retain its name following the spinoff, due in part to the fact that "CNBC" stands for "Consumer News and Business Channel".[2]

The new logo was unveiled on December 4, 2025, and took effect on December 13.
