Fox Networks Group was the US television unit of the Fox Entertainment Group division of 21st Century Fox consisting of the Fox network, 20th Century Fox Television, Fox Sports Media Group, Fox News Media, FX Networks and National Geographic Global Networks. The unit was also responsible for distributing the US versions of Fox Life, BabyTV respectively as well as Nat Geo Mundo, which were all run by FNG's international arm. From its launch in 2012 to 2015, the division was also responsible for distributing the MundoFox channel, which was co-owned by Fox International Channels and RCN Televisión.

In 2016, Fox Networks Group gained oversight of Fox International Channels and as a result, the unit received a new logo. In 2019, as a result of The Walt Disney Company's purchase of 21st Century Fox, the division was split with the Fox network, Fox News Media and Fox Sports Media Group transferring to Fox Corporation and 20th Century Fox Television, FX Networks and National Geographic Global Networks transferring to units within Walt Disney Television with the former one being folded under Disney Television Studios.
