1995–1999

Kanal E was founded in 1995 as the first business channel in Turkey. It was sold to Doğuş Medya Grubu in 1999.

1999–2000

2000–2015

Doğuş Medya Grubu partnered with CNBC and renamed the channel as CNBC-e on October 16, 2000. Discovery, Inc. bought the channel in October 2015 and replaced it with TLC on November 6, 2015.

2024–2026

CNBC-e was relaunched on June 10, 2024 in partnership with İlbak Holding.

2026–present

The new logo of CNBC-e was first registered by Türk Patent back in December 2025, and began using on-air on March 23, 2026 at around 12:15am.

The new slogan was "Gündüz'de, Gece'de Farklıyız".
