Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (simply known as Televisa), shortened name for Televisión Vía Satélite is a Mexican telecommunications and broadcasting company, founded by Emilio Azcárraga Milmo on January 8, 1973 after the merger of Telesistema Mexicano (TSM), owners of Canal 2, Canal 4 and Canal 5 and Televisión Independiente de México (TIM), the owner of Canal 8 respectively. It is one of the largest mass media company in Mexico, along with TV Azteca and Grupo Imagen, and one of the largest producers of telenovelas along with TV Globo, Telemundo, RCN, Caracol and América.

Until 2022, Televisa was the largest commercial TV corporation in Mexico and one of the largest in the world. In the United States, Televisa has an exclusive contract with Univision.

This was the first logo with the eye symbol inspiration from CBS making as an orange oval broken into ten lines with the sun in the scenery. The eye logo was designed by Pedro Ramírez Vázquez, symbolizing as the spectator's vision to watch the world throughout the television.

Televisa launched a new logo on November 27, 2000, reducing the scanlines to eight with the circle now being a 3D sphere, representing an eye, and the wordmark was Helvetica Black.

On January 16, 2016, the company updated its logo which removed the sphere part and became a single flat color. However, it was first seen in a In Memoriam video from 2012, four years before its on-screen debut.

In 2021, Grupo Televisa announced that it will sell its entertainment assets to Univision Communications. The sale was completed on January 31, 2022 and UCI renamed itself to TelevisaUnivision in the process.

As of 2022, the logo is currently being used by TelevisaUnivision, under license from Grupo Televisa for Televisa-branded programming, as well as its intro logos.
