2022–2026

In early 2022, Disney Latin America announced that the Buena Vista brand was completely retired in the Latin America region, following this, BVI Latin America was renamed to Star Distribution.

On January 29, 2026, Disney announced that the Star brand name was retired in the Latin American region in favor of the Hulu brand name, following this, reverted back to Buena Vista International.
