When Global claimed the URL global.com and the @global handle on Twitter (now X) and Instagram (their Facebook handle remains @thisisglobal ) and changed their legal name from "This is Global Limited" to "Global Media & Entertainment Limited" (and started branding itself as "Global, the Media & Entertainment Group"), the previous URL was removed from the logo.
