On July 1, 2021, the network launched as TrueReal. It ceased operations on March 27, 2023, with its former subchannel space on stations owned by Scripps and Inyo Broadcast Holdings being leased to Jewelry Television. Selected programs previously carried by TrueReal subsequently moved to sister network Defy TV.
