On June 17, 2024, it was announced that Ion Plus will relaunch as an over-the-air channel on July 1, replacing the channel space that was occupied by Defy TV. Free TV Networks purchased the Defy TV branding from Scripps Networks and used it to relaunch the network as Defy that same day.
1KZTV is owned by SagamoreHill Broadcasting, but it is programmed and operated by Scripps under a Shared Services Agreement. 2WFLX is owned by Gray Media, but is programmed and operated by Scripps under a Shared Services Agreement. 3Sale to Law & Crime Network pending.
