Virgin Media O₂ is one of the largest entertainment and telecommunications operators in the United Kingdom, created on 1 June 2021 when Virgin Media and O₂ merged. It is a 50/50 joint venture between Telefonica and Liberty Global. However, the Virgin Media and O₂ branding is still traded as subsidiaries.

2024–present

In 2024, in preparation for the then-upcoming new ad campaign for O₂, the latter half of the logo was made a lighter shade of blue.
