In 2011, VTR introduced several versions of its icon, each one with a different color scheme; some material (such ads and signage) would feature multiple versions of the logo [1]

In September 2021, América Móvil and Liberty Latin America announced a joint-venture, with Claro providing mobile and landline telephone services, while VTR will provide broadband and cable TV.[2] On October 2, 2024 América Móvil took control of most of ClaroVTR, with Liberty Latin America controlling only 9% of the society.[3] Finally on July 28, 2025, América Móvil acquired the 9% remaining of the society from Liberty Latin America and announced a reorganization of it's business, corporate structure and assets.[4]
