Indosiar is an Indonesian privately-owned television channel. It was launched on 11 January 1995, and was initially owned by Indosiar Karya Media, a subsidiary of Salim Group.
In 2011, Emtek bought Indosiar and eventually merged with its affiliate Surya Citra Media (the owner of SCTV) in 2013.

The first logo of Indosiar was used from its pre-launch in December 1994 until 2015. However, it is still used on many properties, such as corporate properties (statement letters, microphones, etc.) and on the TV guide section of many newspapers.
It resembles the logo of Hong Kong's TVB (which assisted Indosiar during its early years), except for the different color order and wordmark splitting the green part. The letter O in the wordmark was replaced by three red rings to symbolize the association with the Salim group of companies, which included Indofood and Indomobil at the time.

The flying fish, which always seen on the idents from 1996 to 2012, was launched as a secondary logo in 2000. It was used on many properties such as the broadcast vehicles and settlement letters. It was also used on-air from 4 March 2007[1] until 16 March 2012.

As a part of rebranding effort under Emtek's ownership since 2011, Indosiar slightly updated its logo with a 3D effect. The red rings that formed the letter O had also been reduced to 1. It was used on-air from 1 October 2012 to 30 November 2014.

The re-designed logo with gradients and the new font debuted on 28 June 2014 and became the on-air bug on 1 December of that year, to commemorate the network's 20th anniversary. It is officially used as a corporate logo since 11 January 2015.
On 1 February 2025, the on-air bug was moved from the left top to the right top.
