During this period the channel's Belgian feed became an independent channel.

In line with the realignment of RTL's operations in Luxembourg, coupled with the start of RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg to up its public service commitments in its home country's national language, the channel was reformatted to the French cable market.

1994–1995

1995–2006

For its fortieth anniversary in 1995, the channel was rebranded as RTL9 in order to aim at a predominantly young demographic.

2006–2011

In 2017, Mediawan became the sole owner of the channel.

2023–present

The channel changed its color scheme to hues of purple in 2023 as part of its new rebrand, with the graphics emphasizing its amount of movies on air.
