Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison is the second-largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, after Telkomsel and ahead of XLSmart.

The current form of the company was created in January 2022 after the merger of Indosat Ooredoo, a subsidiary of Qatar’s Ooredoo, and Tri, the Indonesian branch of Hong Kong-based CK Hutchison HoldingsThree brand.
