In 1989, the logo was modified and the Eat... font was changed when the show migrated to ABS-CBN (which was, ironically, the home of the first incarnation of its first rival Student Canteen which aired from 1958 to 1965).

In 1995, the logo was modified again, this time when the show was moved to GMA Network (which, as with ABS-CBN, had also been a home for Student Canteen, specifically the second incarnation that lasted from 1975 to 1986), which became its home network for 28 years.

On June 10, 2023, while Eat Bulaga! was produced by TAPE Inc. during a legal battle between the new management of TAPE Inc. and the original hosts (TVJ, who left TAPE, but not EB itself, on May 31, 2023), this iteration of the show introduced its own new logo shortly after the debut of the new hosts. This branding remained in use until January 5, 2024. The following day, TAPE's version of the program was renamed Tahanang Pinakamasaya! before it was completely axed on March 7, 2024, owing to low ratings.

With the transfer of TVJ to TV5 on July 1, 2023, replacing It's Showtime, the logo has been drastically redesigned and a big departure from the previous logo. The show's official, de jure interim title, E.A.T. (stylized as EAT...), was then revealed by TVJ at the end of its premiere episode.
On December 5, 2023, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) ruled in favor of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, and cancelled TAPE's trademark of "Eat Bulaga!". However, TAPE objected to the decision and attempted to prevent TVJ from using "Eat Bulaga!". TVJ Productions held a press conference on December 6, 2023.
The interim logo became the secondary logo from January 5 to January 9, 2024, where it is still alternatively being used as seen in the live show.

On January 5, 2024, a landmark ruling by the Regional Trial Court Branch 273 of Marikina ordered TAPE Inc. and GMA Network, Inc. to immediately cease using the trademarks "EB", "Eat Bulaga!", and the iconic theme song in their programming—including airing and broadcasting replays of any and all recorded episodes of the show prior to May 31, 2023, its segments, or any portion thereof, in any channel and any platform—as the petition by TVJ regarding copyright infringement and unfair competition was granted.
Following this victory, the program’s visual identity underwent a calculated evolution: the new logo adopted the "thicker" lettering style seen during the interim E.A.T. period but officially reinstated the word "Bulaga!" to the masthead. By January 6, 2024, just months prior to the show's 45th anniversary, the title fully reverted to its classic "Eat... Bulaga!" stylization—restoring the original ellipsis that had defined the brand's aesthetic from its 1979 inception until the 25th-anniversary rebrand in 2004.
The show also began airing on CNN Philippines (via the RPN network) at the same time, marking its symbolic return to RPN after a 35-year absence, and was eventually carried on to RPTV—a new channel operated by TV5 utilizing RPN’s free-to-air frequencies—which launched on February 1, 2024, following CNN Philippines' closure.
