2009–2010
Version 10.04 Lucid Lynx
The first version of Lubuntu was released on May 2, 2010 with this logo. Logo itself was used since first alpha released in December 2009.
2010–2018
Versions 10.10 Maverick Meerkat–18.04 Bionic Beaver
The new logo was released alongside Lubuntu Maverick Meerkat (10.10). It puts the graphical part of the previous logo in a circle, and changes the typeface to be similar to main Ubuntu release.
2018–present
Versions 18.10 Cosmic Cuttlefish–present
The new logo was released changing the font from a font based on Ubuntu to Ubuntu's actual font, as well as the graphical part of the previous logo in a circle representing Lubuntu's switch from using LXDE to LXQt.
