Ketnet
1997–2006
Ketnet was launched on December 1, 1997 along with Canvas. The launch identity was created by Lambie-Nairn (also designed the TV1 and Canvas' logos). The Ketnet name comes from "Ket" (child in Brussels local language), and "Net" (network in Dutch language).
2006–2010
At this time, Ketnet was split in three strands: K'tje (preschoolers), Ketnet (younger and older children) and NT van Ketnet (teenagers). This last one closed in 2008.
