Telkomcel is a mobile network operator in Timor-Leste (East Timor) in Southeast Asia. It is owned by Telkom Indonesia, which owns Telkomsel, the largest Indonesian mobile network operator. Its competitors are the state-owned Timor Telecom and Telemor, which is owned by Viettel.
