O!Save is a hard-discount retail chain operated by HD Retail Holding (HDR), which is based in Singapore.
To compete with Dali Everyday Grocery in the Philippines, Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. paid an initial consideration of ₱179.07 million on June 3, 2021, to acquire its starting 24.25% ownership stake in HDR. This partnership established O!Save Trading Philippines Corporation as the local operator of the brand. The first O!Save branch in the Philippines, which opened in 2022, is at Pulung Bulu, San Fernando, Pampanga.
O!Save also utilizes an Indonesian operational unit known as PT Berkah Bisnis Distribusi.
