This is the original Humongous logo from 1992, debuting in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. The logo consists of an exclamation mark with the letters "H" and "e" in it, with the company name being enclosed in a circle. The logo also established the iconic "chatter" noise, which was a staple for 90s kids who grew up with the company's games.
1994–1995

By 1994, the logo is slightly updated. The logo is now all-purple and sports a 3D look and feel to it. It only appeared in a couple of games and demos before being completely overhauled in 1996.
1996–2005

In 1996, the logo received a huge "bulky" overhaul (as well as the iconic "chatter" voice being reinstated) that remains one of the company's most recognizable logos until their unfortunate demise in 2005 after their parent company, Atari S.A., threatened them that if they don't publish a game by 2006, they will meet their demise. No games were published in that year and the original company officially closed its doors in August 2005. Backyard Football 2006 was the final game published by the original Humongous Entertainment.
Hulabee Entertainment
2001–2004

Following the failure of Gilbert and Day's repurchasing of Humongous Entertainment due to the dot-com burst, they, alongside other ex-Humongous employees, formed Hulabee Entertainment in 2001, aiming to start things all over with a clean slate as well as producing games that they could be downloaded on the internet, as well as forming a distribution deal with Disney to publish their games. Hulabee didn't last very long as Shelly Day used false documents to purchase a so-called "dream home", and was sentenced to 30 months in prision and 5 years of supervised release.
Humongous, Inc.
2005–2014

Following the dissolution of the original Humongous Entertainment in 2005, then-parent company Atari S.A. got the ownership to all of the original Humongous' assets (as well as laying off the remainder of the original Humongous employees) and rebranded the company as a new holding business called Humongous, Inc.. Atari S.A. continued their partnership with Humongous until 2006, which was extended through 2007. Which includes producing more Backyard Sports games (which the aforementioned became the only Humongous series to still be active even after the original Humongous shuttered its doors in 2005) and distributing and re-releasing some of the original Humongous games exclusively on North America and on different platforms, most notoriously, the Wii.

Atari S.A. (which was formerly Infogrames S.A.) filed from Chapter 11 bankruptcy back in 2013, and one of its divisions was Humongous, Inc.. As a result, the Humongous brand was sold to Tommo, Inc. (with its trademarks purchased by Billion Soft in Hong Kong), relaunched the Humongous website and re-released most of the original Humongous catalouge for newer generations. The logo is the same as it was in 1996 but with the blue/yellow colour scheme from the previous Humongous, Inc. logo and the text being in Gill Sans and in white.
