The UEFA-CONMEBOL Cup of Champions, better known as the Finalissima and formerly known as the European/South American Nations Cup (or alternatively the Artemio Franchi Cup), is a one-off international match between the winners of the UEFA European Championship and the CONMEBOL Copa America. The competition was originally founded as national team equivalent of the Intercontinental Cup in club football, named after the late UEFA president Artemio Franchi. It was held for only two times in 1985 and 1993 before the establishment of the King Fahd Cup (later the FIFA Confederations Cup) made the idea redundant. After the Confederations Cup was abolished, and both confederations made a memorandum of understanding in 2020, the tournament revived in 2022.

| NO KNOWN LOGO |
As with the Intercontinental Cup prior to 1980, no known logo is known to exist in promotional material of the first two editions. No edition of the match was held in 1989 due to both the Netherlands and Uruguay, the defending champions of each confederation at the time, unable to settle on a date.

2022-present
2022 - Wembley Stadium, London

2026 - Cancelled
Originally planned to held in the summer of 2025, it is said the tournament wouldn't take place until at least March 2026 due to both Spain and Argentina having busy schedules in the international calendar. Both confederations confirmed the provisional date in May 2025, with the event properly announced on 18 December 2025 due to beheld at Lusail Stadium in Qatar on 27 March 2026, alongside the updated logo, as part of a 5-day "Qatar Football Festival". Due to the Iran War happening nearby and the short suspension of that season's Qatar Stars League, the Finalissima cannot be held in Qatar, however, because of both confederations failing to reach an agreement on the replacement venue, the event was cancelled on 15 March 2026.
