In 2000, Euronext was created after the mergers of three stock exchanges in the Netherlands, France and Belgium. In 2007, Euronext merged with the NYSE Group to form NYSE Euronext.

In 2012, Euronext recieved a new logo. In 2012, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) would purchase NYSE Euronext and in 2014, ICE would spin-off Euronext into a separate company.
