Addiko Bank is an Austrian-headquartered banking group that operates in five Balkan countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. It was spun off from the old Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank and started operations in July 2016. Despite being based in Austria, it does not have operations there; instead, the Austrian successor to Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank is Austrian Anadi Bank.
